About

My name is Brenda and I am here because I was created with a purpose. I have struggled most of my life iwth my self esteem and self worth. But God changed all of that for me but first I had to "step out of the boat and onto rocky waters". I had to reach out and ask for help which was the most difficult and scariest thing for me to do. Since then, I have met the most incredible people that have put light back into my life and for my family. I have learned that I have been listening to Satan's lies and believing all that is not true. God never promised life would be easy but He did promise He would make a way. I believe each one of us was created for a purpose. Whether our purpose is something big or something small, it is important. I believe doing the smallest acts of kindness is what leaves the biggest impact.

Our mission is to promote mental health awareness through apparel that offers encouragement, reduces stigma, and connects people to helpful resources. Whether through faith-based scripture or universally supportive messages, our goal is simple: remind people they are not alone.

Through carefully designed apparel, we share messages that uplift — from Christian Bible verses to universally supportive affirmations focused on mental health awareness.

We believe small reminders matter. A simple phrase on a shirt can open a conversation, offer comfort, or remind someone they are not alone.

Alongside our apparel, we provide access to mental health resources because encouragement and support should go hand in hand.
